State Police Charge Businesses in Logan Underage Check

Logan, WV – An Underage Compliance Check carried out by the West Virginia State Police over the weekend resulted in 11 Logan area establishments being cited for selling alcohol to minors, according to records on file.

The 11 businesses charged with the sales included the Loyal Order of Moose Number 514 in Pecks Mill; Mina’s Mexican Grill in Chapmanville; Lori’s Pub in Chapmanville; Walmart Number 2610 of Logan; and One Stop Number 8110 of Justice Avenue in Logan.

Also, The Broken Axle of Appalachian Outpost Trail; The 317 Steakhouse of Logan; Mountain Memories & Gifts of Chief Logan Lodge.

As well as, Par Mar Number 220 of Buffalo Creek Road, Kistler; C&L Super Service of Huff Creek Road, Mallory; and Little General Number 4060 of Waters and Dingess Streets, Logan.

Officers involved in the compliance checks were Senior Trooper T. Fields and Trooper Holden.
