Congresswoman Carol Miller’s Committee Releases Hunter Biden Whistleblower Testimony

Biden’s DOJ and IRS are obstructing justice and playing favorites. This stops today. Congresswoman carol miller (R-WV-1)

Since 2021 Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV-1) has held a seat on the powerful United States House Ways and Means Committee, the oldest committee in Congress. She is the first representative from West Virginia to sit on the committee in nearly 75 years as well as the first female West Virginian.

Yesterday, the committee released to the public testimony of two different IRS employee whistleblowers who worked directly on the tax evasion case of Hunter Biden. The committee statement outlines what the committee has learned.

  • The federal government is not treating all taxpayers the same – and providing preferential treatment to the wealthy and well-connected, including the son of the President of the United States.
  • The Department of Justice interfered in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s clear tax issues with a “Delay, Divulge, and Deny” campaign – that ultimately shielded him by allowing the statute of limitations to pass on his tax crimes.
  • IRS employees worked through the chain of command to blow the whistle on this misconduct – only to be met with hostility and retaliation, leading them to come to the Ways and Means Committee.

Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (MO-08) said, “The American people deserve to know that when it comes to criminal enforcement, they are not on the same playing field as the wealthy and politically connected class. The preferential treatment Hunter Biden received would never have been granted to ordinary Americans.”

The testimony offered by the IRS whistleblower offered evidence that Hunter Biden was messaging members of the Chinese Communist Party demanding payment while he was sitting with his father Joe and threatened Chinese official Henry Zhao with retaliation if payment was not received.

The testimony also suggests that U.S. Attorney David Weiss was delayed by Attorney General Merrick Garland’s DOJ from properly prosecuting Hunter Biden until the statute of limitations of more severe charges expired, leading to the most recent plea to lesser charges by the President’s son.

Congresswoman Miller stated she is committed to holding Hunter Biden accountable for his tax evasion crimes and making sure the IRS and DOJ are held responsible for their role in the investigation.
